Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • we do our best to process orders within 2–5 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Times:

  • U.S. orders: up to 7 business days after shipment

  • Delays can happen (carriers, weather, etcetera) but we’ll keep you updated.

Shipping Rates:

  • Calculated at checkout

Tracking:

  • All orders come with tracking. If you didn’t get it, check spam or hit us up.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package leaves our hands, it’s with the carrier—but if something goes wrong, reach out and we’ll help figure it out.

Returns

Return Window:

  • hopefully you won’t have to, but if something isn’t right—send us a message within 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Refunds

  • Issued to original payment method once we receive the item

  • return Shipping costs are your responsibility

Exchanges

Wrong size? No problem—we’ll swap it if inventory allows.. and if inventory doesn’t allow it—we’ll figure something out.
